BEER PONG

Competitors:
Two teams consisting of anywhere between three and nine
players per team.
Setup:
1.)
An 8 ft. table should be placed up against a nearby wall.
Starting from the wall, place four beer pong cups in a straight
line.
2.)The
cup closest to the wall is worth a home run, the cup in
front of it a triple, the cup in front of that a double,
and the front cup is a single. An example is provided below.

3.)
The singles cup should only be filled with a small amount
of beer, with the doubles cup having a little more beer,
and the triples cup a little more beer still, and the home
run cup having the most beer.
Start
of the Match: The visiting team shoots first, in
the same way that the visiting team bats first in regular
baseball.
During
Gameplay:
1.)
There are three outs per inning. The game lasts anywhere
between five and nine innings, depending on how long you
want the game to go on.
2.)
While on offense, each player takes an at-bat in a set batting
order, which consists of bouncing one pong ball toward the
four cups. If it goes into one of the cups, they score the
corresponding hit. If the ball does not go into the cup,
it is an out.
3.)
When a cup is sank, a player on the defensive team must
drink. Defensive players drink in the same order as their
batting order. After drinking the cup, it must be refilled
to the same level it was before.
4.)
Defensive players can stand on each side of the cups to
play defense and provide distractions if they wish. They
cannot catch the ball after the first bounce, but are free
to do so after any second bounce, including bounces off
the tops of the cups. A catch results in an out.
5.)
Each successive hit moves any baserunner the corresponding
number of bases. For example, if a team has a runner on
first base and the batter hits a double, the runner goes
to third base. The team would then have runners on second
and third base. When a baserunner crosses home plate, it
counts as a run.
Winning
the Game:
1.)
The team with the most runs at the end of the game wins.
Overtime:
1.)
If both teams are tied after the scheduled amount of innings
has taken place, the game moves into extra innings in the
same manner as regular baseball until a winner can be determined.
