7/10/2007- Commissioner Explains Adoption of New Paddle Match

Today, the WBPF commissioner elaborated on the new type of match that has been adopted by the paddle division.

“This game is essentially what some call drink ball, but with paddles. The full details of how the match is played can be found on our website. This game solves all the old problems of the traditional beer pong paddle game by having a faster pace and involving more drinking as well as doing away with a point system. This game has been played and enjoyed before by other beer pong organizations and I’m confident that it will help our paddle division flourish once again,” the commissioner said in a statement.

T-Love and The Gah also offered their endorsement of the new game.

“Some people may not consider this game to be true beer pong and that’s fine,” T-Love said, “But the fact is, traditional beer pong with paddles can be fairly boring at times, so it’s only natural that we should replace it with a more fun and exciting game.”

“I whole-heartedly endorse this product, event, or beer pong game,” said a spokesperson for The Gah.
