9/7/2007- Single J Changes Name to Bacon

In a press conference earlier today, the superstar formerly known as Single J announced that he would now be known as Bacon.

"As much as I liked the name Single J, it ultimately did not represent the real me. The name Bacon truly captures the essence of who I really am." said Bacon.

Reporters asked Bacon exactly how this identity would be different from his old one and what this could mean for the future.

"As Bacon, I'm going to be much more dynamic than I was before. For example, instead of usually wearing a white shirt, I might wear a black shirt occassionally. You just never know with Bacon. I expect my career to go far."
